Am I able to exchange items included in the offer for a free eco hat with orders over $150?

Although all sales are considered final for the complimentary eco hat included in the promotion, we recognize the significance of finding the right fit. WHAT IS TARKINE'S RETURNS POLICY?

Tarkine designs and manufactures all of its products using the best quality materials and practices possible. However, if one of our products is not working perfectly for you, then we will happily help to organise a return and full refund.

 

Shoes

We provide you 14 days to try on and test your Tarkine.com shoe purchases, confidently knowing you can return the shoes, for any reason, within this period. The 14-day period starts the day the shoes are delivered to the customer. This policy means customers are free to run, walk and test the shoes, with the full knowledge that if they are not happy, they can simply return the product.

 

For all other items

We provide you 30 days to try on your Tarkine.com purchases, confidently knowing you can return any item within 30 days, so long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

We will endeavor to process all returns within 24 hours Monday-Friday once the shoes have arrived back to us. 

 

How do I return a defective or faulty product?


We stand behind all of our products; they are all checked extensively before being sent to customers. If you believe your product is defective or faulty then contact us at hello@tarkine.com and we will organise a return and refund.

 

How do I return a retail store purchase?


Purchases made at retail stores must be returned to the store. Make sure that you ask the store if you have questions about their policies.

 

Orders from outside Australia

- When customers spend over $150 AUD, the cost of shipping overseas is free.

- However, customers pay the cost of shipping for exchanges and returns from their home country, back to Australia. Tarkine does not pay the shipping costs for any exchanges/returns from outsole of Australia.
