WHAT IS TARKINE'S RETURNS POLICY?

Tarkine designs and manufactures all of its products using the best quality materials and practices possible. However, if one of our products is not working perfectly for you, then we will happily pay for the return shipping back to Tarkine and provide a full refund. 

 

Shoes

We provide you 7 days to try on and test your Tarkine.com shoe purchases, confidently knowing you can return the shoes, for any reason, within this period. The 7-day period starts the day the shoes are delivered to the customer. This policy means customers are free to run, walk and test the shoes, with the full knowledge that if they are not happy, they can simply return the product.

And remember, there are no return fees.

 

For all other items

We provide you 30 days to try on your Tarkine.com purchases, confidently knowing you can return any item within 30 days, so long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

How can I return my Tarkine.com order?

Simply email us at info@tarkine.com with your order number and reason for return.  We will reply within 48 hours with a prepaid return postage label.  The refund will be credited to your account once the return arrives at Tarkine HQ.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?


We stand behind all of our products; they are all checked extensively before being sent to customers. If you believe your product is defective or faulty then contact us at info@tarkine.com and we will organise a return and refund.

 

How do I return a retail store purchase?


Purchases made at retail stores must be returned to the store. Make sure that you ask the store if you have questions about their policies.
