Tarkine designs and manufactures all of its products using the best quality materials and practices possible. However, if one of our products is not working perfectly for you, then we will happily help to organise a return and full refund.
Shoes -We provide you 14 days to try on and test your Tarkine.com shoe purchases, confidently knowing you can return the shoes, for any reason, within this period. The 14-day period starts the day the shoes are delivered to the customer. This policy means customers are free to run, walk and test the shoes, with the full knowledge that if they are not happy, they can simply return the product.
For all other items -We provide you 30 days to try on your Tarkine.com purchases, confidently knowing you can return any item within 30 days, so long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it.
