Love these trail shoes!
Such a huge fan of Tarkine! I’ve recently bought the Giants after getting well and truly over 900km, on technical trails, out of my Trail Devils 2.0. They took so much of a beating and were my all-time favourite so far. Sad to see them go into retirement.

Like Plushy Road Shoes with Serious Grip
Love the Tarkine Giants! I was looking for a shoe with more cushioning and comfort for those long efforts, but didn’t want to compromise on grip and traction in technical terrain. I think I found it! Having come from the Trail Devils, this shoe felt the same in terms of traction, but like a plushy road shoe in terms of comfort. I can see myself wanting to run a long way in these shoes

Such excellent value for money using the Re-run option. Shoes were in excellent condition and felt very comfortable from the moment I put them on. Have done a mixture of easy, hard and long runs so far and they are great!

Another absolute banger bargain from the Re-Run program.
Getting these shoes at apprx. $100 is legitimately outrageous. I've put two 20k+ mixed-surface trail runs through them, and they've performed excellently. Fantastic traction through pea gravel, larger loose stone and solid rocky outcrops, and enough cushion underfoot that the absence of a rock plate isn't noticed.
Will be on the hunt for a second pair in my size.

I am training for a half marathon and I needed a spare pair of shoes for training and the race.
I heard about Tarkine on the Peak 2 Soon podcast months ago. As I looked for shoes, I remembered Phil Gore's world record and thought that I needed a shoe with ultimate comfort.
I was lucky. It's hard to find anything in a UK 13. Tarkine had the Auto Pilot in my size, in Burst Reverse Colourway and on special as a Re-Run.
I can't tell them from a brand new pair.
And they feel great. A worthy replacement after years of ASICS Gel Nimbus.
