We give you 30 days from the day your shoes arrive to walk, run, and test them out โ inside or outside โ and if theyโre not quite right, you can return them for a full refund.
No need to keep them spotless. If theyโre not the right fit for your feet or your lifestyle, send them back.

We also offer a 30-day return window for clothing and gear.
These items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
We rigorously check every product before it leaves our warehouse โ but if something slips through and you receive a defective or faulty item, please reach out.
Email us at info@tarkine.com with a few photos and a description of the issue. Weโll arrange a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL STORE?
Items bought through one of our stockists need to be returned directly to the store where you made the purchase.
