Shoes -We provide you 30 days to try on and test your Tarkine.com shoe purchases, confidently knowing you can return the shoes, for any reason, within this period. The 30-day period starts the day the shoes are delivered to the customer. This policy means customers are free to run, walk and test the shoes, with the full knowledge that if they are not happy, they can simply return the product.
For all other items -We provide you 30 days to try on your Tarkine.com purchases, confidently knowing you can return any item within 30 days, so long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

We will endeavor to process all returns within 24 hours Monday-Friday once the shoes have arrived back to us. For returns for refunds, we ask the customer to pay the shipping cost.
