We give you 30 days from the day your shoes arrive to walk, run, and test them out — inside or outside — and if they’re not quite right, you can return them for a full refund.
No need to keep them spotless. If they’re not the right fit for your feet or your lifestyle, send them back.

RETURNS FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS

We also offer a 30-day return window for clothing and gear.
These items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

To exchange your order:

2. Email us at info@tarkine.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for.
   We'll process your request within 2 business days and cover the shipping cost for the new item.

WANT A REFUND INSTEAD?

You can return any product within 30 days.

To request a return and refund:

2. Email info@tarkine.com with your order number and a photo of the return postage receipt or the tracking number.
   Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund within 1 business day.

Note: For returns (not exchanges), customers cover the return shipping cost.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

We rigorously check every product before it leaves our warehouse — but if something slips through and you receive a defective or faulty item, please reach out.

Email us at info@tarkine.com with a few photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL STORE?

Items bought through one of our stockists need to be returned directly to the store where you made the purchase.
Retail partners may have their own return policies, so we recommend contacting them directly for assistance.
