Great fitting shoe was worried the fit wouldnt be as good as the autopilots but i think its better true to size, heel lock on point has some under foot feel but feels solid. Wont be my last pair

I bought the Giants even though I knew they were a trail shoe and the nearest I come to a trail is running across the oval. I just like to try new shoes by Tarkine and they cost a lot less than the major brands. So I will use the Giants on the road and they will wear out quicker than on the trail. My main road running show will be the Autopilot. So, if you run trails choose the Giant and if you run road get the Autopilot. Also, I received a free trucker hat with my shoes. I don’t normally wear trucker hats but this one is beaut. Hopefully they’ll give me a free running hat the next time I buy shoes.

I bought some Autopilots recently, and was quite excited when I saw the initial videos of the Giants. A few runs in on them and I’ve found my new go to. Really happy with every aspect. Hoping the the “testing” of Phil Gore will mean they’ll last for many kilometres.

As an overpronator, I’m always a bit nervous with new shoes but these are such a good ride. Stable, really comfy in the heel collar, good rebound and great grip. I will primarily use these for long/thru hikes along with a bit of low key trail running and one 15km straight out of the box produced no sore spots or blisters. Can’t wait to give these a proper multi-day beating!

Very excited to try these shoes. The new Tarkine Giants performed as expected. Good cushioning while still maintaining a responsive feel to the ground with exceptional grip as well.

It's a hat, it fits nicely on my head, it's good for walking, it looks cool.
