I usually wear Altra Lone Peaks but have wanted to try the Trail Devils after hearing great things! Ross was very astute in helping me decide the right size for my wide feet (11.2cm wide and 24cm long). I usually wear a size 7.5 but purchased a size 8 womens and they’re great. A bit snug to begin with but can feel my feet becoming more comfortable every time I wear them. The lugs aren’t as aggressive as other brands but haven’t had a bad experience with their performance so far. I’m getting used to the energy return through the shoe, which is something I’ve missed wearing zero drop, minimalist brands!
Shoes are light and comfortable and love the bright colours. First run my feet went numb but loosened the laces and that stopped. great grip on them too.
So good. Comfy, spongy, but grippy and sturdy. And so pretty!
I’ve just completed the Run Larapinta stage race in my Trail Devils and they were fantastic! Managed well over all the rocks and sand and climbs that the very technical trail threw at them. I’d recommend
Went to Perth today to buy the shoes at Runningworks. They didn’t have my size available anymore. The shop assistant called the factory for me & 20min later the shoes were there. Amazing customer service!! Already took them for a run in the serpentine national park, very happy with the shoes!
